when I started writing on the topic of walking, to mark the national walking month for the whole of May, i thought about all the benefits of walking. the biggest benefit for me personally is that walking transformed my life! I am not saying this lightly, it literally did. it’s because I met my husband on a walking weekend and to say it changed my life is an understatement! long live ramblers and long live walking!
