policy
Ship worldwide with the exception of dried herbs and seeds. Dried herbs and seeds is restricted to UK. All shipping is done via Royal mail, UK.
Shipping rates
Shipping is kept low intentionally, but subject to change to reflect change in the carrier costs. Shipping will be calculated at the basket when you provide the shipping address and is calculated based on weight and size.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I would do everything I can to help.
You may return your purchased unused item with all its packaging and labels within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Return postage is not covered by isifiso. If you wish to return your order please contact me first.
Please note we are unable to accept refunds on eye pillows, face coverings and custom orders.
I will refund your order as soon as possible after receiving the return but please be aware this could take up to 10 days. All refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged in the post please contact me as soon as possible using the contact me form or by emailing. Please include pictures of the packaging and your items.
Order not arrived
If you have received confirmation that the order has been shipped and it has not been received within the next 15 days, please get in touch.
