Agreement terms
Any participation in this service will constitute as acceptance of this Agreement.
By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Payment terms
- Payments can be made via stripe payments or via direct bank transfer.
- Payments using the direct bank transfer option, is due immediately, and the order will be processed when payment clears. Delayed payment may result in the requested item no longer being available and isifiso. cannot be held responsible for disappointment on limited stock. In the event of an item selling out, payment will be refunded unless otherwise requested (e.g. due back in imminently.)
Shipping policy
- Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days, unless a specific date has been requested.
Return policy
- isifiso. cannot accept returns of bespoke or customised items, unless it is faulty.
- When placing an order for bespoke items, please ensure that all information that you provide to is correct, accurate and complete. I cannot accept the return of any bespoke items if the return is due to incorrect information provided by you. Please note that this does not affect your legal rights (including but not limited to those described in these terms and conditions)
- Eligibility for return will be lost if the item is not in their original condition and unused state, accompanied by proof of purchase. If the returned does not meet the conditions, the refund will not be processed by isifiso.
- Return postage costs are not covered by isifiso.
- Refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
Cancellation
- An order cannot be cancelled once it has been ordered and paid. Please contact me for further information.
Flawed items
- Notification of a flaw or defect must be made to isifiso. within 7 days of receipt of an order.
- Flaws will be considered in line with industry standards which is as follows:
- Colours not exactly as it shows on the screen.
- Due to the nature of stretch, some shrinkage is liable to occur. isifiso. prewashes all the fabric before making the items to reduce shrinkage when the product is washed at home. isifiso. cannot be held liable for shrinkage due to the washing process used so please check your care instructions before washing.

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England & wales and are in compliance with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
- The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by isifiso. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
