In this workshop, you will learn:

• Planning your bunting – length, design and style
• How to prepare fabric for bunting and cutting out the shapes (pennants)
• Sewing the pieces, adding your embellishments and assembling the bunting
• Preparing the bunting tape and sewing the flags together

🪡 Sewing Basics: No experience? No problem! I’ll guide you through the fundamentals, from threading your machine to understanding different types of stitches.

But, let’s not forget that sewing is more than just a craft – it’s a way to relax and de-stress after a long day. You’ll unleash your creativity and create something beautiful with your own hands. It is super rewarding!

What do I need to bring?

• Bring your own sewing machine if you haven’t paid for a machine loan
• Sewing machine manual and all the accessories the machine came with, if it’s you are bringing own sewing machine
• Bobbin, bobbin case if applicable for your own machine
• Machine sewing threads – 2/3 colours if you have them
• A full sewing kit. You can purchase a carefully curated sewing kit from us if you wanted to
• Notepad and pen

How many people attend the workshop?

General group sessions are usually maximum of 6 people.  Private sewing course can be organized for your group of 5-8 participants. Please send me a message.
